国际科技园及创新区域协会（IASP）作为当今世界唯一一家以科技园区为主要会员的协会，近年来在建立全球科技园区网络，加强各地区间科技园区管理者交流等方面，起到了无可替代的作用。
清华科技园作为世界上规模最大的大学科技园，多年来为培育创新创业企业，推动自主创新和区域经济发展做出了重要贡献。清华科技园多年来积极参加IASP组织的全球性和区域性的活动，为让世界同行更多地了解中国的科技园区，做出了显著的成绩。
为充分利用世界科技园协会已经建立的全球科技园区网络，进一步加强与国际间同行的交流及合作，支持中国科技园区的发展和国际化，2001年，IASP与中国科技部、北京市政府合作在北京成立了其唯一一个海外办事处---- 北京办公室（IASP Beijing Office），颜振军博士任主任。2008年，IASP将其更名为中国办公室（IASP China Office）并将其移至清华科技园，由启迪控股负责日常运营管理，陈鸿波担任主任。IASP希望通过这个办公室的日常运作，协调处理中国科技园区与国际科技园协会及其全球园区网络合作的有关事宜。使之成为世界了解中国科技园区的窗口，中国科技园区走向世界的桥梁。
IASP中国办公室成立以来，已经帮助多家中国大陆科技园区成为IASP会员，并完成IASP总部有关中国会员资格审查、缴费程序支持，组织中国大陆科技园区参加IASP在世界范围内所组织的各项活动等相关任务。
我们相信，随着业务领域的不断发展，IASP中国办公室一定会在让世界了解中国科技园区，让中国科技园区走向世界方面，做出更大的贡献。

As the only association recruiting science parks as members in today's world, IASP has played an irreplaceable role in building network for global science parks and facilitating exchanges among science park managers over recent years.
Tsinghua Science and Technology Park is the largest among its kind in the world. Over decades, it has greatly contributed to incubating innovation businesses, promoting independent innovation and regional economic development. For many years, Tsinghua Science and Technology Park has been actively participating in international or regional events organized by IASP, doing a great job to introduce Chinese science parks to the world.
In order to fully utilize the IASP global network, strengthen international communication and cooperation, and enhance the international visibility of Chinese science parks, IASP worked with Ministry of Science and Technology of China and Beijing Municipality to establish its only overseas branch office - IASP Beijing Office in Beijing, where Dr. YAN Zhenjun served as the director. In 2008 IASP rename it IASP China Office and move it to TusPark, where TusHoldings took charge of its daily operation and Herbert Chen served as the director. IASP hopes this office will enhance the exchanges between Chinese science parks and the association, and serve to coordinate cooperation between Chinese science parks and the whole IASP global network. Hopefully, this office will develop into a window for the world to know Chinese science parks, and also enables Chinese parks to interact with world.
Ever since the establishment of IASP China Office, many science parks in mainland China have obtained their membership, while the office also assisted the headquarter with examining membership applications, processing payments and organizing Chinese science parks to attend IASP events all around the world. We have confidence that, with the development of IASP China Office, it will make even greater contribution to let the world know Chinese science parks and vice versa.
