1.在提交申请表的时候，您不需要缴费，等到理事会通过了您的申请，并将请款单（Invoice）寄给您的时候，才需要您开始付费程序。
2.如果你是在上半年收到请款单，你需要付一整年的年费；如果您是在第三季度内收到请款单，您需要付半年的年费；如果您是在第四季度收到请款单，您只需要付25%的年费；
3.提交给银行的所有资料都是需要加盖公章的，包括附件一；而且到银行办理相关汇款手续时需要填一些单据，所以最好让经办人员带上财务章和人名章（在银行的预留印鉴）。
4.若没有外币户的单位办理汇款手续时最好可以把公司公章一并带上，或先从银行领出相关购汇手续的申请，在公司填好盖好章再去办手续。
1.You do not need to pay when submitting the application form; please go and pay only upon receiving the invoice sent by IASP, which means the executive board has approved your application.
2.If you receive invoice during the first half of the year, you need to pay the entire annual fee; but if you receive invoice in the third quarter of the year, you only need to pay 50%; members who receive invoice in the forth quarter is required to pay 25% of the first payment.
3.All the materials submitted to the bank should carry an official seal, including the Appendix I; besides, it is recommend you carry the finance seal and a personal seal to the bank because some forms you fill at the bank also require official seal. (For bank to compare the reserved seal）
4.It is recommended you carry the company seal if your company does not have a foreign currency account, or you may filled out the form first, chopped a seal on it and then go to the bank.

IASP会员年费缴纳截止日期是每年的12月31日。 为了避免超过缴费期所引起的不必要的麻烦和误解，建议会员从每年7月1日起开始启动缴纳本年度会费程序。
会费的缴纳除了一开始需要与IASP联系索取请款单（Invoice）之外，所有步骤和程序都与第一次缴费相同。
如果您到了下半年还没有收到Invoice，请和IASP主管会费事务的Ms. Carol Engelspach 联系：iasp@iasp.ws,告知贵公司的详细地址，电话，传真，邮件信箱和收件人，要求对方会将缴费清单(Invoice)通过邮件/传真发送并邮寄给您。`参见附件一`
IASP annual payment is due on Dec.31st every year. To avoid overdue payment or unnecessary troubles or misunderstanding, we recommend members to start paying annual fee since Jul 1st of each year.
All the payment procedures are the same with that in first year except you need to ask for a new invoice from IASP.
If you still receive no invoice in the second half year, please contact Ms. Carol Engelspach who’s responsible for payment affairs at iasp@iasp.ws for help. You may inform him of your detailed company address, telephone, fax, email and the name of recipient, and he will email and fax you a invoice upon request.

对于来自中国大陆的IASP会员，为了避免每年缴费一次所产生的时间和费用成本，IASP特别允许中国大陆会员可以一次性缴纳未来三年的年费，使用这种缴费方式还可以享受总费用10%的折扣。
使用这种缴费方式的中国大陆会员，需要在《境外汇款申请书》交易附言/Transac. Remark中注明会费缴纳的三个年度即可，例如：2011-2013年度会费。
以上是我们在北京中国银行向（IASP）缴纳会费的基本程序。由于各地情况有所不同，以上程序仅供参考，各位可以向贵单位的开户银行具体咨询缴费程序。

Members from mainland China may pay three years’ annual fee at one time so as to save remittance cost and time, to which we offer a 10% off discount.
Mainland China members who pay for three years need to add a remark on the Oversea Remittance Form, such as: membership fee for 2010~2013.
Above procedures are required at Bank of China in Beijing, to which other banks may operate differently in details. Please consult your account bank for more information.
